How do I determine the correct size for boxing gloves?
Glove size is measured in ounces (oz). Generally, 10-12oz is for bag work, 14oz for all-purpose training, and 16oz for sparring. Please refer to our detailed size chart on the product page for specific hand circumference measurements.
What is your return policy for combat sports equipment?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging with tags attached. For hygiene reasons, protective gear like mouthguards and groin guards cannot be returned once the seal is broken.
Do you ship internationally and what are the costs?
Yes, we ship to over 50 countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the order. Free shipping is available for orders over a specific threshold.
How should I care for my BJJ Gi to prevent shrinking?
We recommend washing your Gi in cold water and hanging it to dry. Avoid using a dryer, as high heat can damage the collar and cause significant shrinkage of the cotton weave.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
All Venum products are covered by a 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear from regular training or misuse of the equipment.
